Creation Program
This program's objective is to create new economic units, applying
a theoretical and practical methodology developed in covenant with
CENTRAL PHILIPPINE UNIVERSITY or other Institutions, in order to
convert an idea into a successful micro-enterprise.
The program relies on a specialized software to evaluate the entrepreneurs
capacity and the viability of the idea. Specialized consultants
develop the business plan, and follow up in order to execute it
and carry out his business, assuring market insertion.
Technical Education
It is aimed to prepare qualified labor for micro-enterprises and
to incorporate adequate technology for productive systems.
For this training, TSKI counts with modern production plants for
each specific area. Our educational process begins with the simplest
and empirical production systems, and goes on involving technology
to the most advanced and appropriate systems for micro enterprises.

the different economic sectors, TSKI will offer micro- enterprises,

Advisory
This program aims to increase productivity and competitiveness
in micro-enterprises. Our pool of professionals, by means of a specialized
software, developed in alliance with CENTRAL PHILIPPINE UNIVERSTIY
or other institutions, analyze critical areas in order to formulate
for an action plan to work out with the accompaniment of our specialized
consultants.
Merchandising
In order to close the integrated services cycle, TSKI will support
micro-enterprises‘ product commercialization by different
means. First with the planned Trade Center in Boracay a project
developed that will work as commercialization channel between small
manufacturers and the formal distribution channels. On the other
hand, along the year, TSKI will organize different trade fairs in
the malls in order to bring together both producers and buyers.

Micro Loans
TSKI will work with an advanced credit technology and an
automated credit operation that allows an easy, agile, and rapid
way. Risk is calculated by a "Credit Scoring" system developed
for such end. Since most of our clients do not have access to commercial
Banking, TSKI will become their only credit alternative.

Seed Capital
Keeping in mind the need of inflowing capital to the micro-enterprise
or for the acquisition of fixed assets for its growth and development,
TSKI will offer the seed capital program, in which a fiduciary fund
operates as a partner, contributing the necessary capital, advising
the company and participating in its decision making. It is a temporary
investment, it lasts as long as the project does. When it is completed,
and the micro-enterprise is strengthened, the fund withdraws.
SEMINARS AND SKILLS TRAINING
TSKI conducts value formation seminars, management and entrepreneurial
skills training that aim to enhance the capability of its clients,
to develop in them their capacity to be responsive in their quest
for self-sufficiency. Aiming that these trainings shall create total
transformation among them.
TSKI conducts technical and livelihood skills training in coordination
with Local Government Units (LGUs) National Government Agencies
(NGAs), other non-government organizations (NGOs), people’s
organizations (POs), civic and religious organizations who are also
involved in the livelihood and skills development to promote and
facilitate value adding of productive assets of the clients.
EDUCATION PROGRAM
TSKI offers short term courses, through its Microfinance SUCCESS
Institute on microfinance related topics and post graduate degree
leading to Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and Masters
in Public Administration (MPA) in partnership with Philippine Christian
University (PCU) - Manila.
Also, TSKI was accredited as the Grameen Banking Replicator (GBAR)
Training Center at Visayas by the People’s Credit and Finance
Corporation (PCFC).
