The amount granted as a financial assistance depends on the business or economic undertaking by the client.

Along this line, TSKI, through the years, implemented various programs and these are as follows:
1) Proyekto Kauswagan sa Katilingban (PKK)
2) Micro-Enterprise Development Program (MEDP)
3) Community Based Livelihood/Enterprise Development Program (CBLDP)

Proyekto Kauswagan sa Katilingban (PKK)

PKK is the main thrust program being implemented by TSKI. Initially, its systems, policies and mechanics were an adoption from the “Grameen Bank Model” founded by Dr. Yunos of Bangladesh, India. At present, given with 17 years of experience in grameen program and the socio-economic and political realities of the area where TSKI operates, it enhanced and developed its own system, policies and mechanics that serve as the manual of operation for the program that really answers the felt needs of the clients/members. The PKK is popularly known as the group loan, and it is now being implemented by TSKI in the Visayas Regions, some parts of Southern Luzon and Mindanao.

Micro-Enterprise Development Program (MEDP)

MEDP is designed to cater the financial needs of individual entrepreneurs who have existing business and see the need to expand the said business but are unable to do so due to limited financial resources. Also, the MED program serves as the second stage for the PKK members who were able to establish and develop their enterprises/businesses and their financial needs are comparatively bigger than what they avail from the former program.

Community Based Livelihood/Enterprise Development Program (CBLDP)

CBLDP is the new program established by TSKI designed to cater the members who have an enterprise or business that its financial consideration cannot be accommodated in the two mentioned programs. The primary consideration of this program is that, the livelihood or enterprise being implemented by an individual or group of persons is community based in nature. At present, the activity undertaken under this program is the swine raising at Morobuan, Cabatuan, Iloilo in cooperation with Panay, Iloilo, Guimaras (PIG) Corporation.
Under this program, also, is the Institutional Building project where the members of the PKK and MED Programs are organized into an association. This association is aimed by TSKI to be its partner with regards to program implementation in their given respective areas.
